Estimate of Energy and Cost Savings from Proposed IECC Code Changes for 2012

This report, prepared by ICF International in preparation for Code Development Hearings to be held by the Energy Efficient Codes Coalition (EECC) in 2012, details a preliminary estimate of energy savings to be achieved from new code proposals. It compares three "package" proposals, EC25, EC13, and EC16, and explains the process used to estimate these savings.
