The Northwest Energy Efficiency Alliance (NEEA) is a non-profit organization funded by Northwest utilities, the Bonneville Power Administration and the Energy Trust of Oregon. This report seeks to estimate energy savings associated with regional non-residential code changes made between 1996 and 2004. Specifically, it quantifies changes that have already been adopted with planned enforcement dates on or before July 2005. Savings are projected from the date of their implementation through 2025.
