Hong Kong Considers Mandatory Code

Although no agreement was made at COP 15, the fallout has caused many contries to consider new emissions goals.  Realizing the potential in building energy codes, Hong Kong is considering a new mandatory building code.  Only 2.5% of buildings in Hong Kong comply with their voluntary green building rating system, BEAM.
